چکیده
The effects of pesticide application on the diversity culturable bacteria in soil corn farmland Sanjiang Plain were studied, and capable degrading acetochloramine samples screened. In black where “ethyldiazine 86” was applied, experimental group control set, two groups cultured screened by coating plate method. 16S rRNA gene sequences morphological characteristics analyzed to determine species bacteria. Selective medium designed screen 19481 strains experiment, including 7854 11627 group. A total 65 screened, purified preserved, 16 phosphorus solubilizing bacteria, 9 nitrogen fixing 4 community structure mainly composed Pseudomonas, Pantoea Bacillus, dominant bacterium Pseudomonas. four pesticide-degrading all Pseudomonas migulae. Long-term pesticides can reduce number culturable-bacteria soil, richness is also decreased. This study provides a theoretical basis for understanding bacterial residue protection sustainable utilization soil.

Effect of UV-irradiation on the Species Diversity of Culturable Heterotrophic Bacteria from Paddy Field Soil
The effect of moderate UV-irradiation (45J/m2) on species diversity of asporogenic heterotrophic bacterial isolates from paddy field soil was studied. Although the isolates from irradiated Petri dishes had less pronounced hydrolytic abilities and eutrophs were less numerous, irradiation did not result in specific selection of UV-resistant bacteria. Species diversity indices were higher for the ...
متن کاملCulturable diversity of halophilic bacteria in foreshore soils
Halophilic bacteria are commonly found in natural environments containing significant concentration of NaCl such as inland salt lakes and evaporated sea-shore pools, as well as environments such as curing brines, salted food products and saline soils. Dependence on salt is an important phenotypic characteristic of halophilic bacteria, which can be used in the polyphasic characterization of newl...
متن کاملDiversity of culturable halophilic sulfur-oxidizing bacteria in hypersaline habitats.
Unexpectedly high culturable diversity of moderately and extremely halophilic obligately chemolithoautotrophic sulfur-oxidizing bacteria (SOB) was discovered in the sediments of various hypersaline habitats, including chloride-sulfate lakes in Mongolia, Russia and Ukraine, a sea saltern in Slovenia and a deep-sea salt brine from the Mediterranean. Six different groups of halophilic SOB, includi...
متن کاملHigh diversity in DNA of soil bacteria.
Soil bacterium DNA was isolated by minor modifications of previously described methods. After purification on hydroxyapatite and precipitation with cetylpyridinium bromide, the DNA was sheared in a French press to give fragments with an average molecular mass of 420,000 daltons. After repeated hydroxyapatite purification and precipitation with cetylpyridinium bromide, high-pressure liquid chrom...
متن کاملFriendly Bacteria Propping up Legumes Development in Pesticide Contaminated Soil
The plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) are having a crucial role in the soil fertility. However, the accumulation of various pesticides into the soil is harmful for their existence in the rhizosphere and also for their activities. The present investigation was aimed to study the friendly nature of Pseudomonas sp. in the growth promotion of some leguminous plants by its special abilitie...
